The
gugging artists’ gallery is located on the main building’s ground floor. It forms the sales forum of the
Art / Brut Centre. Apart from many early works it presents and sells mostly contemporary paintings, drawings, prints and objects by the Artists. Thus the Gallery is a further presentational area for the visitors.
Access to the gallery is free of charge.

Since its inception in 1994 (at the time it was still located in two small rooms within the
House of Artists the Gallery has organised and supported over 200
exhibitions outside Gugging, in Austria and abroad. The Gallery’s management acts as a mentor for the Artists, intensely cooperating with other galleries, museums and private collections from New York to Tokyo. Thus the Gallery has been able to secure and expand the international recognition of the Artists’ artistic competence and their status as professionals.

The
Gugging Artists’ Gallery disposes over a 311sq.yd. exhibition area. The artworks are sold through an acquisition society with limited liability, owned by the Artists themselves. 50percent of the gross income goes directly to the Artist himself.
